← All features Payroll processes

From the first mutation to payroll paid, with every change checked.

Every mutation for the period — a new hire, a leaving date, a salary or workload change — is captured in neoo and turned into a draft payroll run. Before you finalise it, each payslip is compared line by line with last month. Payments then leave as a Swiss banking XML file and the closed run is posted into accounting.

Mutations go in, a draft run comes out.

New hires, terminations, salary changes, workload changes — every mutation for the period is captured in neoo, not in a side document. A draft payroll run is created from them automatically.

  • New hires, terminations, salary and workload changes
  • All mutations for the period in one place
  • Current and requested values side by side
  • Valid-from date on every request
  • Own status and history per request
  • Draft payroll run created automatically
  • Reviewed before anything is finalised

Every payslip, next to last month's.

Each payroll run is compared with the previous payslip for every employee, line by line. Changes are flagged, so you look at what actually moved instead of re-reading the whole run.

  • Every employee compared with the previous payslip
  • Income, allowances and deductions
  • Expenses, reimbursements and reductions
  • Employees with changes flagged for review
  • Expand a row to see what moved and by how much
  • Old and new net pay with the difference
  • Mark rows as checked as you work through them

Payments out, run posted.

Once the period is confirmed, the payments go out as a Swiss banking XML file for upload to eBanking and the finalised run is posted into accounting.

  • Swiss banking XML (pain.001) for eBanking upload
  • Withholding tax reports for the period
  • Journal entries posted into accounting
  • Gross pay, allowances, deductions and net pay per employee
  • Pay date and the date payslips become visible
  • Period marked as paid once the money has gone out

Let’s get down to business.
