Why we built neoo
We’re fiduciary experts ourselves. For years, we’ve been supporting Swiss SMEs and startups with their accounting — and along the way, we’ve worked with virtually every relevant software solution. Many of these tools are good. But sooner or later, we kept running into the same limitations: not flexible enough, not integrated enough, and often not built for the processes we actually need in our day-to-day work. So we stopped accepting those limitations — and started building our own solution.
neoo was born out of our daily work. Not on the drawing board of a software company, but right in the middle of accounting. Built for Swiss processes, open to other systems, and using AI wherever it genuinely makes the work better.
AI is fundamentally changing how accounting works — and creating the opportunity to rethink entire processes from the ground up. Because we control both the software and the service behind it, we can go far beyond automating individual tasks and redesign accounting end-to-end around these new possibilities. Technology, AI and human expertise work seamlessly together. This allows us to go further than pure software or service providers — while taking responsibility for the outcome as a whole.
Our goal was never to build just another accounting tool. We wanted to create a platform we genuinely enjoy working with every day — and whose results we trust enough to stand behind ourselves.
